ABOUT ME
They always say that Reiki chooses you, rather than the other way around. This is true for me. As my friends know, I have always been interested and seeking alternative modalities and have tried quite a few. Reiki has been the one that resonated the most. It has helped me clear the way and view challenges and triumphs in a different way, opportunities to grow and learn rather than create blockages. My decision to study to be a Reiki practitioner was purely lead by instinct and I have loved every step, even the challenging ones. Choosing to be led by love rather than fear is a tightrope we all tread daily and Reiki helps to break old patterns of thinking and bring love back into focus.

WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. As a practitioner, I facilitate the delivery of this energy to unblock and create flow so you can move forward and move up. Reiki works to release any imbalances or blockages caused by negative thoughts, feelings and experiences.

Everyone’s experience of Reiki is unique. Some common experiences include; feeling hot or cold over certain areas of the body, tingling sensations in the body, seeing colours, deep relaxation (some can fall asleep) and more. The benefits are also unique but some common ones are;
